More and more seniors and those eligible for Medicare each day turn to Senior Care Plus for their healthcare benefits. The reason is simple: With Senior Care Plus you receive all of the benefits that Medicare offers plus some important benefits that Medicare does not cover. Senior Care Plus offers medical and prescription-drug benefits all in one plan.

Senior Care Plus is offered by Hometown Health Plan through a contract with The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the U.S.government agency that administers Medicare. We coordinate all your benefits needs, combining Medicare benefits with added coverage in plans that are flexible and easy to understand.
