2008 Benefit Highlights - Value HMO Plan
Senior Care Plus is pleased to offer the Value Options in 2008, with four benefit plan choices. Our Value Options are Medicare-approved benefit plans that provide value to you by making cost-saving arrangements with physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers. Your Primary Care Physician will coordinate your care and you are not required to get authorizations to see many network providers.
Our Value Options consists of four different plans (including one with no monthly plan premium) with affordable copayments and no deductibles for medical services. All Value Option plans include services not covered by Medicare, such as preventive care and worldwide emergency care. The Value Plus, Value Rx and Value Rx+ plans include an enhanced version of the Medicare prescription drug benefit (also known as Part D), a vision benefit, and the choice of dental coverage. In addition to enhanced prescription drug benefits, the Value Rx+ plan provides coverage for enhanced dental and enhanced vision care.
2008 Benefit Highlights - Freedom PPO Plan
Senior Care Plus is pleased to offer the Freedom Rx+ Plan in 2008. The Freedom Plan is a Medicare-approved health plan in which you have the freedom to choose a provider inside or outside our network. You have the freedom to see out-of-network providers without a referral.
Our Freedom Plan is an alternative to Medigap (Medicare Supplement) plans and would have affordable monthly plan premiums, copayments, coinsurance in comparison. Plus there are no deductibles for services from network providers. The Freedom plan includes services not covered by Medicare such as Preventive Care and Worldwide Emergency Coverage and an enhanced version of the Medicare Prescription Drug Plan (also known as Part D). In addition to expanded pharmacy benefits, the Freedom Rx+ plan provides coverage for dental and routine vision care.
