Mail-Order Prescriptions
Available
As a member of Senior Care Plus, you have the option of
receiving some of your covered prescription medications through mail order.
Senior Care Plus members can receive mail-order prescriptions from Catalyst Rx.
If you take maintenance medications to treat chronic conditions such as
arthritis, diabetes, or high blood pressure, your benefit may provide a 90-day
supply through mail-order. Please refer to your Evidence of Coverage for more
information.
Ordering new
mail-order prescriptions
If you have new prescriptions that you want to order by
mail, please send your new prescriptions to Catalyst Rx. To obtain a supply of Catalyst
Rx prescription-order forms and envelopes, contact our Customer Services
Representatives Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.
to 5:30 p.m., at 775-982-3112. Our TTY/TDD number is 775-982-3240.

Please Note: Drug coverage benefits are subject to
limitations. A Formulary applies and is subject to change within the
contract year without advance notice. If you have any questions, please contact
