They also want to be involved in their own health care and in controlling costs. We understand and meet these needs, and our members appreciate the excellent services that we provide.
We also provide choices in doctors, plans, and in funding. We simplify things by requiring less paperwork and by offering a variety of health-care products all under the same roof. With these options, you can select a plan to meet your specific needs.
We offer variety within each plan as well. Our self-funded clients may select one of our PPO or EPO plans or work with us to design a custom plan. By using our plan designs, utilization review, and case management services, self-funded employers can offer excellent health benefits to their employees at the lowest possible cost without sacrificing service.
Because we believe that preventive measures can help reduce or eliminate many medical problems, we offer preventive services such as Pap smears, mammograms, and cholesterol checks. In the fall we provide flu shots free to our members and at a minimal cost to the general public.
We are proud to be a part of Renown Health, which includes Renown Medical Center, northern Nevada's largest medical center. As a vital part of the community, we support programs such as Partners in Education and Baby Your Baby, and we contribute to the Children's Miracle Network, March of Dimes, Nevada Women's Fund, and Junior Achievement.
