Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)

 Hometown Health Providers Insurance Company allows employers who want the following features to offer coverage in any Nevada city or town:

• Coverage for care from providers within or outside of our network
• Cost incentives to use participating providers
• Claim forms needed only when using nonparticipating providers

Health Savings Accounts

Your clients can control health-benefit costs by offering Health Savings Accounts through Hometown Health.
