As our name says, Hometown Health delivers health insurance designed for employer groups and members who are our friends and neighbors. Established in 1988, Hometown Health is still northern Nevada's most experienced and largest health-benefits organization.

With our headquarters in Reno, Hometown Health serves more than 800 employer groups and 141,000 members throughout Nevada. 

If you have a question or problem and want to talk with someone in person, visit our offices Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You also can reach our call center in Reno at 775-982-3232, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Rather than limiting choices, Hometown Health gives its members access to the right care at the right time in the right setting from the largest provider network in the area. Our network offers many choices in healthcare providers, from primary care and specialty physicians to laboratories to X-ray and radiology.

My Hometown BenefitsTM gives our members secure Internet access to view personal member information on their claims, eligibility, Primary Care Physician, copayments and other details about their benefits. Employees can find the information that they need without asking your benefits administrator or even picking up the telephone.

Call Hometown Health Hotline 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Registered nurses trained in triage can answer questions and direct a member to the appropriate care.

Managing chronic diseases through access to innovative services helps members manage the illness while maintaining a high quality of life. Members who have asthma, congestive heart failure or diabetes can find advanced care, up-to-date information and tools that they need to monitor their condition.
