If you are experiencing a  medical emergency, dial 911.

Call Health Hotline when:

• You are not sure whether you need medical care from your doctor
• You are not sure whether you should go to an urgent care center or the emergency room
• You have questions about caring for a minor injury or illness at home
• You need health information

Our registered nurses can review your symptoms and offer guidance for medical care. They have had special training and use medical guidelines tested and approved by physicians to help you determine the appropriate level of care for your condition. The nurses may recommend a range of options, from visiting the Emergency Department to self care at home. They will even send information to your doctor about your call and their recommendation.
