Accessing Your Benefits

If your employer provides your health insurance coverage or if you purchased an Individual & Family plan directly from Hometown Health, please access your benefit information through the “Hometown Health” button above on the left.

If you purchased your health insurance coverage through the Nevada Health Link website, you will want to access your benefit information through the “Nevada Health Link” button above on the right.
