Hometown Health members have two options when it comes to virtual visits. For residents in Northern Nevada, they can utilize Renown Health’s Telehealth options which include primary care, specialty care, and urgent care. Plan-specific co-pays apply to Renown Health TeleHealth Virtual Visits.
Teladoc Virtual Visits
Additionally, many Hometown Health members have access to Teladoc. Teladoc is a convenient and affordable option that allows members to talk to a doctor who can diagnose, recommend treatment and when appropriate prescribe medication for many medical issues including dermatology and mental health. Plan specific co-pays apply to Teladoc and are dependent on the type of service received.
