Our Community Involvement

Giving back to our communities is an important part of Hometown Health and Renown Health’s mission. Our not-for-profit organizations work hard to build strong and healthy communities in those that we serve. Together, Hometown Health and Renown Health have donated over $1 million dollars annually to services and activities that improve the health and well being of our communities.
