Prescription Refills for Those Impacted by the Davis Fire

We understand that the recent fire has been an incredibly challenging and distressing experience for some of our members. In light of the circumstances, we want to ensure that you have continued access to your essential medications without any added stress.

To assist you during this difficult time, we are prioritizing prescription overrides for members who have been displaced by the fire. Here’s what you need to do:

  • Please reach out to us by calling the number on the back of your insurance ID card
    Hometown Health Members: 800-506-4682 or 775-982-3232 or 800-336-0123
    Senior Care Plus Members: 844-368-3139 or 775-982-3112 or 888-775-7003
  • Email us at pharmacy-hometownhealth@renown.org with your name, date of birth, or ID number if you have it and the prescription details.
  • If you have a prescription from a pharmacy that does not have power, let us know, and we will work to process an override at an alternate pharmacy of your choice.
