Pay OnlineHometown Health Section 204 Reporting
The Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) was into law on December 27, 2020. Section 204 of the CAA indicated new reporting requirements. Hometown Health will share the required data with CMS via HIOS on an annual basis to meet the section 204 Reporting.
